What is happening to property prices....?

 

Apologies for the delay in posting - I've been moving house! This always gets one thinking about house prices and values. I paid the same price for my new place that the previous owner paid for it 5 yrs ago. So it's kept it's value slightly better than the UK iShares Property ETF which is down a little in price over the same time period.

There is an argument for many of us that there is no point investing in property funds if you are investing in a physical property too...... something to consider perhaps?
