One door closes and another door opens

I have been gradually buying TR Property Investment Trust for some time now, and setting a trailing stop. Last week my stop-loss was hit, netting me a profit on the trades. Now I have gone short TR Property, selling to open, hoping to see a gradual move down:



 

Is this the start of a down-turn in the property market? I don't know. All I can do is to get on board a possible new trend and see how far it takes me.....
